Payment Information and Credit Card Authorization
By providing your payment information and credit card authorization, you (the “Cardholder”) hereby expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions and authorize and consent to the use of the payment information and credit card provided for the automatic payment and processing of all charges and convenience fees associated with your order(s) with Perry Moving Services, LLC and/or its affiliates (the “Merchant”).
A 3.0% convenience fee will be applied to all orders at the time payment is processed.
Actual charges will be comprised of the final audited costs of all services performed, including without limitation the original services requested, and any additional and/or supplemental services approved or requested by Cardholder or otherwise required in order to accomplish the services. In the event the final audited charges exceed the estimate, Cardholder agrees to be responsible for and pay any and all supplemental charges. In the event the final audited charges are less than the estimated charges that are charged to Cardholder’s account, Cardholder shall be entitled to a refund.
Cardholder agrees that his/her signature (original or electronic) constitutes his/her “signature on file” and is his/her agreement to pay all estimated and supplemental charges as described above, and Merchant is authorized to charge all actual moving charges, including supplemental charges, to the provided credit card account of Cardholder without further notice. The credit card on file will be used to pay invoices at the time of fulfillment of services provided. Estimated charges may be charged within 48 hours of loading.
By providing your payment information and credit card authorization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to provide such information and authorization and that you are the authorized owner or user of the credit card and a party responsible for that card.
Cardholder hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Merchant for all claims related to or arising from Merchant’s use of the provided payment information and credit card provided as set forth herein.
Merchant uses a third-party payment processing vendor, CSIPay, for processing credit card payments.
Merchant is not liable or responsible for any acts or omissions of CSIPay or any other third-party vendor and Cardholder agrees to hold Merchant harmless for any acts or omissions of such vendors.
